The Questions Report is a very interesting report for every GrassBlade Cloud LRS user who is using quizzes in their learning material. You can fetch the question report of any quiz and it can be seen within WordPress and from GrassBlade Cloud LRS.

Other ways to access this report:
Step 1:
Login to your GrassBlade LRS.
Step 2:
Go to GrassBlade LRS Dashboard > Reports > Attempts Reports
Step 3:
Find the user attempt of the quiz and expand it.
Step 4:
Click the Question Report button to see the report.
You can do steps 3 and 4 on any Activity Stream page where you see the “answered” verb statement to the question report.
